This elegant Pinot Gris smells of white fruits, almonds and apples. A hint of peanuts and quince mixes in with air contact. This already results in a complex bouquet that we would hardly expect for a Pinot Gris in this price range. The wine has substance, is powerful, but remains fine at all times. Its pleasant structure, not too creamy, not too slim, is extremely stimulating. That makes you want another sip.
